 RETURN POLICY


Can I return my item?
Items bought on FITTEDCHARM.COM can gladly be returned for store credit as we do not offer refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, We do NOT offer EXCHANGES or REFUNDS only store credit. Store credit does not expire.

Used a coupon code?
No problem! We are accepting returns using coupon codes unless the item is stated FINAL SALE.

Is my item able to be returned for store credit?
Most apparel and accessories are returnable within 7 days of the delivery date. Item must be unwashed, unworn, all original tags attached, and free of any stains or odors. All items MUST be returned in original packaging to reduce damage during handling. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return.

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

  • Items marked FINAL SALE
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Body Suits
  • Mask
  • Sets that have mask included
  • Swimwear
  • Jewelry
  • Sunglasses
  • White Items
  • Shipping fees
  • Worn items
  • Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear


How do I make a return?

How many days do I have to make a return?
You have 7 days from the delivery date to submit your return request. Items MUST be POST MARKED no later than 7 days from date of delivery to be eligible for store credit.

Do I have to pay for return postage?
Unfortunately we do not offer prepaid return labels at this time. You may use a carrier of your choice to ship your items back to us. We do suggest obtaining a tracking number for your shipment as we are not held liable for parcels that are lost in route back to us.

How long does it take to process my store credit?
We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to us. Please note, processing store credit do take us 3-7 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Returned to Sender Orders not Delivered:
We are not responsible for lost packages or unclaimed packages.
In the event a package is unclaimed or not able to be delivered Usps will return to Fitted Charm, we will contact you to advise and a reshipment charge will be accessed.

If no contact is made within 4 days, we will issue a store credit minus a 20% restocking fee + shipping and handling on all unclaimed packages. In the event of a lost package the customer must file a claim directly with USPS and is not the responsibility of Fitted Charm.

 

 

 In the event your item is damaged or defected [we're deeply sorry!] Please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process a return.
