Local Pickup Policy:

In store pick up orders are available 1-2 business days after purchase date. Customers will receive an email when your order is available for pickup. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be available the following 1-2 business day for pickup.
Pickup times are from 3:00pm-7:30pm ONLY NO EXCEPTIONS. If you cannot pickup during this time, please select the shipping option at checkout.
Here's how it works:
- During checkout, choose Local Pickup
- Place your order and wait to receive a "Ready for pickup" email. (This is a separate e-mail from your order confirmation. You will receive this email within 1-2 business days.)
- Bring your ID, credit card, and order number to the pickup location to receive your order.
We will hold your items for 4 days. If you do not pick up your order within 4 days, we will issue a store credit minus a 20% restocking fee.
Only you can pick up your order. You must bring the following items with you for us to process your shipment:
- Your government-issued photo ID
- The credit card used for the purchase (if a credit card was used).
- Your order number
If your order is still within the allowed time and you cannot pick up your order you may purchase a shipping label to have your order shipped to your home address.
