Shipping & Delivery:

To ensure that your package is properly delivered, and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there are issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If after several attempts of contacting you, if no response your order will be canceled, and you will be refunded.

We ship through USPS & UPS as our primary carriers.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Fitted Charm, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise store credit.


Please Note: We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Priority Shipping is not guaranteed as we are not responsible for any delays caused by the USPS. Please allow a 1-3 business days for us to process your order from the day the order is placed. Regardless of method of shipment selected.


We are not responsible for any orders lost in transit nor are we responsible for any damages that may be caused while in transit via USPS. If your package was lost, you would need to contact your nearest USPS post office and provide them with the tracking # that was sent to you once we shipped your order. Please note this becomes a matter between the customer and USPS. We cannot replace your package because it was lost.
